Feeling Hollow page two

NOTE: Before you favorite this mindlessly, please listen to what I have to say. This is fanart of a fanfiction, and it's not even very good fanart. This gets more views and favorites than the art I make that is significantly better, and that to me is kind of an insult. So if you want to show support to me, do me a favor and look at my real art, not this. If you want to show support to other bleach artists, by all means, favorite their stuff. If you want to show support to my sister's fanfiction, leave her a nice comment. But please, for the love of all things good and shiny, don't favorite this. Thank you.

Page two is up!

Ok, this page still makes no sense, but it makes a lot more sense then the last one did. Once again, this is based off of a scene in my sister's fanfiction, Feeling Hollow. And now I've got a link to it! If you are curious, take a look at it.
Feeling Hollow

The first panel actually turned out better before I colored it in photoshop, but due to scanner issues, I can't show anyone the black and white version. Can you tell that I hate backgrounds? You may notice that her outfit looks off. Yup. She's wearing a vest, but I didn't have a reference with me while drawing that one. So I drew it like it was one shirt. That means that her sleeve is actually too poofy because it's supposed to be stuck slightly under the vest.

The second panel was a bugger. The one reference I had of the back of Rukia kind of sucks, and she's wearing this flowy kimono. Ichigo was bothersome to get right because in the reference I had of him, all he was wearing was bandages, so his neck blended in with his chest. So his neck got kind of thick there. Rukia looks like she's sitting on Ichigo. Whoops. And Ichigo's chin is freaking pointy.

Third panel. There are practicallly no good references of Rukia being blown backwards like that. This panel was a miracle that it even turned out, considering the fact that I gave up on references and free-handed it. And Ichigo's hair is evil.

Panel four. Yes, Ichigo's hand IS an amorphous blob. Thank you for noticing. I swear that I really was using that reference 100% but somehow no matter how much I tweaked with his hand to fix it, it insisted on being wrinkeled and blobby. Ichigo also had a very odd expression in the reference, but tweaking it obviously didn't fix it. I hate backgrounds.

Fifth panel. Rukia turned out perfectly. I liked this panel except that the fore-ground was so perfect that a good background would ruin it. And Rukia thinking is getting in the way of where the crater should be. So, like my abstract green blob?

Last panel. Ichigo actually looks funny when the only thing colored in is his hollow eyes. Hs looked good in that position in the reference pic, I swear! I blame it on his stupidity. And his evil hair. Ha. And, yay an excuse to use a gradient for a background. YAY! Oh, and no, he is not bleeding under his coat where his heart is. I missed that while coloring. That is, in fact, part of the background showing through a part of his shirt that I forgot to get rid of the transparancy. ^^U
